Background
Jacqueline graduated from Emory University School of Law in May 2024 and recently sat for the July 2024 California Bar exam. She is currently awaiting the results.
While at Emory, Jacqueline was honored with the Order of Emory Advocates for excellence in advocacy, the Transactional Law and Skills Certificate, and the TI:GER (Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results) Program Certificate in Intellectual Property. Additionally, Jacqueline earned a 2nd Best Oralist award at the 18th Annual NYU Immigration Law Competition while a member of Emory Moot Court Society from 2022-2024.
Prior to joining Capobianco Law Offices, Jacqueline worked at Jackson Lewis P.C. as a Summer Associate and at the non-profit organization Sur Legal Collaborative as an extern. While attending UC Davis, Jacqueline was a member of the Division 1 Women’s Indoor Volleyball and Women’s Beach Volleyball teams.
