Background

Michele is a senior paralegal at our firm, with over 25 years of experience in civil, business and intellectual property litigation. She has been a case manager for all stages of litigation and managed teams of other paralegals on many complex cases. She has participated in numerous pretrial proceedings, administrative hearings and trials.

Prior to joining Capobianco Law Offices, Michele worked as a senior litigation paralegal at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and at Jones Day, two leading international law firms. She has assisted with litigation in federal courts in California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois and Minnesota has provided paralegal in foreign litigation, including attending several trials in Europe.

Michele volunteers with The Girlfriend Factor, an organization that assists local women with grants and support as they pursue their educational goals.
