Background

Caitlyn counsels clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including construction disputes, sophisticated breach of contract matters, and financial elder abuse claims.

She began her legal career at Hollingsworth LLP in Washington D.C., where she joined the firm’s Complex Litigation, Government Contracts, Insurance, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups and gained trial team experience in a multi-party complex engineering and construction matter involving the construction of a large chemical plant.

Education

Caitlyn received her J.D. from George Washington University Law School, where she was Executive Articles Editor on the AIPLA Quarterly Journal, a Member of the Moot Court Board, a Member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Board, and Co-Director of Events of the Law Association for Women. She received her B.A. from the University of San Diego, cum laude, in Political Science and Psychology.
