Background

Dayme Sanchez is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience managing high-stakes commercial disputes in state and federal courts, as well as domestic and international arbitrations. She advises clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, healthcare, energy, finance, and retail, offering strategic guidance from the earliest stages of litigation through trial. Dayme is dedicated to delivering favorable results and practical legal solutions, aligning her advocacy with her clients’ business objectives, whether in court, arbitration, or pre-litigation counseling.

Dayme has achieved favorable outcomes in four significant trials. She secured a win in a three-week bench trial over a breach of contract between competitors in California state court and prevailed in a quantum meruit dispute before a three-judge JAMS arbitration panel. In federal court, she obtained a complete jury verdict in a month-long antitrust class action. Internationally, she represented an energy company in a complex shareholder and contract dispute before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), achieving a successful outcome.

Before joining Capobianco Law, Dayme practiced at Jones Day’s Silicon Valley office and Holland & Knight’s Miami and San Francisco offices. She also served as a law clerk to Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and as an intern to Judge Bonnie M. MacLeod, Suffolk Superior Court, Boston, Massachusetts.
