Alysha Wyllie

Background

Alysha Wyllie is the Director of Operations at Capobianco Law. In this role, she oversees all administrative functions of the firm, including payroll, human resources, employee benefits, accounting, and finance. She works closely with the Managing Partner to enhance firm-wide efficiency, mentorship, and operations, while fostering an overall enriched culture.

With over 17 years of experience driving operational excellence and strategic leadership across diverse environments, Alysha brings both structure and heart to every initiative she leads. Before joining Capobianco Law, she played NCAA Division I softball at San Diego State University and most recently served as the Legal Operations Supervisor at Lexicon Services, where she partnered with more than 200 attorneys and oversaw 40 staff members nationwide.

In her spare time, Alysha enjoys spending time with her five children, hosting themed family dinners, supporting local marketplaces and events, and finding inspiration in everyday moments to help others grow both personally and professionally.
