Background

Nicole’s broad transactional practice includes helping clients navigate corporate, real estate, financing and business legal issues. Throughout her career, Nicole has represented a variety of clients, including real estate developers, owners, equity investors, and institutional and debt fund lenders on all aspects of conveyancing, developing and financing commercial real estate. Nicole also worked with companies on all aspects of the life cycle of their businesses, including startup guidance, general corporate governance, and stock and asset purchases and sales.

Prior to joining Capobianco Law Offices in April of 2023, Nicole was most recently in the New York office of Milbank LLP working with the commercial real estate group. While at Milbank, Nicole’s work focused on traditional, mezzanine, construction and portfolio financings.
