Background

Cameron Clark is a senior litigation, intellectual property and privacy attorney.

Cameron advises and counsels clients on a wide range of complex commercial litigation, business litigation, intellectual property, and data privacy matters. He has represented companies in both state and federal court, from the beginning of cases through trials and appeals. He also has significant experience working with clients in mediations, arbitrations, and responses to governmental investigations and inquiries on both the state and federal level.

Cameron studied law at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and graduated in 2016. He began his legal career at Latham & Watkins LLP in San Francisco, where he joined the antitrust litigation practice group and worked on global cartel and price-fixing cases, mergers and acquisitions, and internal corporate and governmental investigations in the United States, Asia, and Europe. In 2019, Cameron joined Cooley LLP, where he transitioned his practice to work on complex commercial litigation, business litigation, intellectual property, and data privacy matters for high-profile technology companies, smaller startups, and venture capital firms in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California. He joined Capobianco Law Offices in 2023 and currently serves as a senior litigation associate at the firm.

In addition to his client work, Cameron has maintained an active pro bono practice throughout his career. He has worked on immigration matters for victims of domestic violence and those seeking political asylum, prisoner civil rights and bail reform litigation, and election protection projects with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights in Washington, D.C. In addition, he received the 2018 Robert G. Sproul, Jr. Award from the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area for his work with the GLIDE Legal Clinic, where he performed free legal services for underrepresented and low-income communities in San Francisco.
